Copyright Of Images

Under the copyright and patents act of 1988, Kirsty Nugent Photography retains the copyright of all images taken. It is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent by Kirsty Nugent Photography. Once you have purchased digital files you are granted a licence to use your images for personal use. Your purchased files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites, for updating model , Dance or acting portfolios, and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent.

Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.

Images taken in photographic sessions may be used by Kirsty Nugent Photography for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, marketing literature, or galleries on this website. This is for the purpose of promoting my photography so clients can see the style of work Kirsty Nugent creates. If you would prefer your images not to be displayed in this way please let Kirsty Nugent Photography know in writing when you book your session.

The use of video recording and your own camera is forbidden during your photographic session unless by prior agreement.

Booking and Payment

A £50 fee is payable when you book your photographic session and this secures your date and time in the diary. This fee is non-refundable but fully transferable to another date if at least 5 days notice is given. This does not include illness as Kirsty Nugent Photography understands this can happen at anytime. If you are ill on the date of the shoot please contact Kirsty as soon as possible to notify us of re-scheduling your appointment.

Your booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your photographic session, the balance of which is payable at anytime before your appointment.

Payment for orders of digital files, prints and artwork is due in full at the time of ordering.

Gift Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £10 with a £10 minimum.

3. Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.

4. Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kirsty Nugent Photography is final.

6. Kirsty Nugent Photographjy reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.

Liability

If Kirsty Nugent becomes injured, too ill to work or an emergency occurs, your appointment may need to be cancelled and re-scheduled to a new date. Kirsty Nugent Photography will make every effort to re-book your appointment to a convenient time for you. If a new appointment date can’t be agreed the client agrees and accepts the responsibility and liabilities of Kirsty Nugent Photography is limited to the returning of any fees or deposits paid towards your booking or session fee. Kirsty Nugent Photography is not responsible for any consequential loss, damages, charges, expenses, accommodation or travel costs.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, damage or theft that leads to the loss of images captured in your portrait session, liability is limited to the refund of any fees paid by you in relation to the session fee or portrait package to Kirsty Nugent Photography.

By booking a photographic session at Kirsty Nugent Photography you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
