Hello, my name is Kirsty Nugent and I am a photographer based in Edinburgh.
Hi, I am Kirsty and I am a photographer living in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.
My cheeky passion is drinking coffee in and around Bruntsfield watching the bustle of people.
I enjoy working with people and find it easy to connect, to find what you need and work together to create something real and unique for you, forming great relationships.
I naturally fell into doing what I love, portraits, dance and commercial work, and been so lucky to work with amazing people. I am a perfectionist and will make sure that hands expression are just perfect, making sure my client is happy and comfortable with what we capture.
Finding dance photography has been an unbelievable experience and so interesting, dedication, beauty and the unbelievable strength that dancers have. I work closely with the performers always waiting for the perfect moment and asking the dancer if they are happy with the positioning, correct feet end expression.
I love to hear about your ideas and always do whatever possible to achieve your desired image. In taking this collaborative approach I have developed great relationships with my clients, and many choose to come back again and again!
I have been lucky to be mentored by Rachel Nevill Photography and also Kevin Wilson, winning awards with BIPP and MPA, amazing and grateful.
I make sure this is not just a session but a lasting relationship which is fun professional and you will take home something we have created together.
